Scale ModelWorld 2017, Telford
The annual celebration of all modelers, Scale Modelworld 2017, 11-12th November, in Telford, UK is over and now we can study photos to admire all its glory. The main focus is the numerous displays by UK & foreign branches, SIGs (Special Interest Groups), competition & trade areas, offering a spectacular array of subjects, perhaps more than 13.000 models to view! (1000+ in competition area alone).
For one more show, this year the yellow-shirted IPMS UK team did their very best to help, including us (Thank you Paul Regan, John Tapsell and all your friends for your efforts). So you can see more in our photo-gallery below (some photos are from Facebook).

Special mention & congratulations to Greek modelers, Aris Polyzos, Dimitris Bitsiaras, Nikos Polychronopoulos, Michael Papadakis, Iakovos Kyriakakis and George Vasilikoudis for their successes and many awards (including three golden) they won. Two gold winners, both in 1/32nd scale, DH9 by A. Polyzos and Fw190F-8 by D. Bitsiaras are shown in separate articles/photogalleries in news section.
Two greek companies, GasPatch Models & Grand Models also participated, with a large and impressive Traders' Stand 3C-C5/Hall 3, showing all their products, including the latest GasPatch Models 1/48 Henschel Hs123 kit (featured as a full build article here) and the forthcoming 1/72 PZL M18 Dromader by Grand Models!
